When is the migration happening?
We’re moving all student accounts between January 2–5. You’ll receive multiple emails during this window so you know exactly what’s happening and when.
Will my course access change?
Your access will not be taken away.
All the courses you currently have will be automatically transferred to the new portal.
You won’t lose progress, videos, or access to anything you’ve already purchased.
Do I need to do anything right now?
Nope — we’re handling everything for you.
Just keep an eye on your inbox for your new login credentials.
Will my current login stop working?
Not for a while.
A little while after the migration is complete, the old WordPress site will be shut down and your old login will no longer function, but we will let you know when this will happen for good.
For the new platform you will receive:
A welcome email
A separate login details email
A direct link to the new portal
All of these will arrive well before the shutdown.
What if I don’t see the login email?
Check your spam/junk folder first.
If you still can’t find it, reply to any NEOS email and we’ll resend your credentials right away.
Will this cost anything?
No — this migration is completely free.
We are moving to a new system so we can provide you with a cleaner, faster, more organized student experience.
Why are you switching platforms?
Our old site could no longer support the growth of our courses, students, and tools.
This new portal allows us to:

Will I have to re-purchase anything?
No. Everything you’ve purchased remains yours.
The new portal simply gives you easier access to it.
What if I purchased multiple courses over time?
All of them will be attached to your new account.
If anything looks missing, email us and we’ll fix it instantly.
Can I use the same email to log in?
Yes.
Your account will be set up under the same email you use now unless you tell us otherwise.
What if I forget my new password?
No problem — just click “Forgot Password” on the new login screen.
Or email us, and we’ll reset it manually for you.
What if I have an active payment plan?
All active payments will continue normally.
Once all payments for the old portal have finished processing, the old site will be shut down.
We will notify you before this happens.
What if something goes wrong?
We’re here.
Just reply to any NEOS email or reach out through support, and we’ll fix whatever you need.
